This ensures transparent pricing based on the scope of work, not the clock. A detailed quote is provided after a brief assessment or consultation.
Cynthia's Elite Clean proudly serves a wide range of areas within a 50 mile radius of downtown Fairbanks, Alaska, including North Pole, Fox, Ester and everywhere in between. Willing to travel further beyond that range, depending on the size, scope of work and timeline.
Yes! Cynthia’s Elite Clean L.L.C accepts a variety of payment methods and billing cycles! Choose to pay monthly, bi-weekly or after each service. Here is a list of acceptable payment methods:
All transactions will have an invoice, you will have the option to pay conveniently and securely with your credit/debit card right from your phone!
Absolutely! We arrive fully equipped with professional grade cleaning products and tools, including vacuum, dusters and mops. You may request to use equipment on site, or request only certain products to be used such as ECO friendly options and more! Customize your cleaning to your own preference.
Yes, with no contract required for one-time cleaning services! Book any service, including special events, end of lease returns or for one time occasions with no obligations. Contact for pricing and availability.
Cancellations are free with at least 24 hours notice by call, text, or email. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a fee for the reserved time slot.
Yes! Cynthia’s Elite Clean LLC is fully licensed and registered to conduct business in both the city of Fairbanks and the State of Alaska. Proof of active business insurance and a current State Of Alaska background report are always available upon request for all service technicians.
